Enjoyed my stay here with a nice clean room and a great bathroom that made relaxing easy. Loved the yoga sessions they offered and the cozy lounge area was perfect to unwind. The only downside was the Wi-Fi had a brief hiccup in the evening, but it got sorted out quickly. 😊

An Exceptional Stay that Exceeded Expectations!
I enjoyed a wonderful stay with my family. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The location was brilliant, just a short walk from the main attractions. Staff provided exceptional service, especially Jenifer, who went out of her way to accommodate us. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast in the charming dining area!

Good space but some cleanliness issues
Staying for 4 nights was mixed. The room size was cool, and the shower packed a punch, which was great. But yikes, there were dirty towels and even some stains on the cushions! Breakfast was included, and the coffee was strong but had a weird taste. The lifts were super helpful though, especially after a long night out.

The location is fantastic. Just a short walk from Hyde Park and close to several tube stations. The room was clean and had modern finishes, but it was quite small, and the layout made it feel even more cramped. There was a lack of surfaces for luggage and belongings. A small table and a couple of chairs would have made a big difference. The shower had great water pressure, and I enjoyed it a lot. the air conditioning didn’t work well at all. I stayed in a suite but found it impossible to cool the upper level where the bed was. It got pretty uncomfortable during the night. The front desk staff didn't seem too welcoming, which added to the overall uncomfortable vibe. Breakfast options fell short. It could use more variety and better quality. The hotel certainly has potential but misses the mark in a few key areas.

great location but some noise issues
The breakfast service was impeccable, providing perfectly made soft boiled eggs that started each day wonderfully. The staff remained attentive and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.
The street noise at night was noticeable, making it slightly difficult to enjoy quiet evenings.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The ambiance of the place is simply delightful! My Executive Double Room was a cozy haven with a bed so comfortable I could’ve stayed tucked in forever. Plus, the location was spot-on—just a short stroll to key attractions and charming cafes. I’m still dreaming of that wonderfully equipped bathroom!
